The third set in the series, “Sanger’s kitchen", referred to the Sanger institute in Cambridge, one of the leading genomics centres in the world, dedicated to analyzing and understanding genomes. The Sanger Institute's programs underpin biological and medical research worldwide and the vast majority of their funding is provided by the Wellcome Trust.
