Chance Encounter

Chance Encounter is a limited edition of 10 pieces plus 2 for Galerie Kreo. Material elements of the console meet each other as geometric forms in composition, at the same time belonging to each other and yet visually deconstructed. A marble top is cantilevered over a solid wood frame that vanishes under a brass rimmed circle that appears to float off the wall. The wood frame reappears in the form of a telescopic leg, a further play with geometry where a square is rotated inside a square. The console was originally conceived as one of a series of tables designed to present a special edition of shoes designed by Doshi Levien for Camper that were presented during Milan design week 2013. Galerie Kreo also brought  ‘Riding High’ into their collection.
